Taipei Bangka Park Reconstruction is a project commissioned by Taipei City Government to CNHW International, to organize a series of advanced planning events prior to the tendering session which will be hosted later in the year. To provide a basic advance planning design for the government officials and nearby civilians, CNHW International has invited Studio ++ to involve in the advance planning session. 

By reviewing the feedback provided by government officials, local societies and civilian representatives, Studio ++ aim to redesign the park into a simple, bright and clear space, replacing the originally complicated park. We designed a red brick square and a wide grass field to replace the sunken water arena and concrete pavings. Frosted roof panels are also designed to replace the old yellow roof tiles, to allow more sunlight into the space. Some of the trees are also set to transplant to central area to balance the shades in the park.
